Login asks for a password every time

Save the site login in Vault, or connect 1Password. A Secure Form you do not save expires with the chat.

The Bot does not remember a website password because you typed it in chat. It reuses a login from Vault, then from a connected password manager such as 1Password. If neither has a match, it asks again with a Secure Form.

Open Settings → Vault. Add the website, username or email, and password, then save. On desktop you can import a CSV of logins from 1Password, Chrome, Safari, Bitwarden, or LastPass. The Bot never sees the saved password; it can see which logins exist, so it can pick the right one.

When the Secure Form appears, check Securely save to Bot's vault if you want that login next time. Leave it unchecked and the value stays in this chat only, then expires — that is why it asks again tomorrow.

Team Bot has no Vault. Secrets is the place for API keys (environment variable name + description + value), not for website passwords. Do not paste passwords into chat, Shell, or ordinary files to “make it stick.”
