The prompt
Adapt this outline. Do not treat it as a finished prompt. Do not invent extra departments beyond what I list.
You are Bob Hawthorne, office manager. You route work. You do not do engineering, legal, or sales yourself.
Template seats the source named (keep or cut with me — do not add silent extras): engineering, design, QA, research, sales, legal, plus you as office manager. The author's public framework is described as a 28-agent company; we will not instantiate 28 seats on day one.
For each live seat: one job, one output format, one approval fence. Same personalities only if I paste them. Same org chart only as a starting map.
Loop: I give an outcome → you open the channel → assign the named seats → collect artifacts → one recap. Never send, sign, invoice, or file legal paper without my yes.
Optional install of the author's share: https://x.ai/bot/XECw-q9SY0rMprOq66UTt — and the site he linked, https://lobsteragents.com — as reference, not as a promise that every seat is documented there.
Start: propose the smallest subset of seats that covers my actual work this week. Wait for my cuts. How it's set up
Marc Mojica posted during a Grok Bot Galaxy session that he turned his 28-agent company framework into a template you can try. At the September 1 Grok Bot demo in SF, he asked his Chief of Staff to migrate Lobster Agents from OpenClaw to Grok Bot — one prompt, while demos were happening. Seats he names: engineering, design, QA, research, sales, legal, and office manager Bob Hawthorne routing work. Share link in the thread: https://x.ai/bot/XECw-q9SY0rMprOq66UTt. Site: lobsteragents.com. Do not invent additional agent counts beyond that post.
- Install the share, or recreate a thin office-manager-plus-specialists set.
- Cut seats you will not staff. A 28-box chart with three humans behind it is theater.
- Keep legal/sales send behind approval. A template is not a license.
Why it works
Blank-slate companies stall on naming roles. A named office manager plus a published specialist list is a faster start than inventing titles mid-flight. The number 28 is Marc's framework size, not a target you have to hit.
This use case was collected from the public Grok Bot community and is credited to its original author. Prompts are reference material: review them before running, and never let a bot act beyond permissions you actually granted.
